Several payment types accepted! Payments must be recieved in full before any order (including custom) is started. Sorry folks, but a lot of the price goes toward purchasing materials to create your lovely order!
Shipping times: for purchases within the US
We use USPS Priority Mail to insure customers have the most cost effective shipping fees with the best shipping times. USPS Priority Mail has an expected delivery time of 1-3 days!
Shipping times: for purchases outside the US
Shipping internationally can get quite expensive so we offer USPS First Class Mail International (shipping times vary- check with your local postal service) and priority (6-10 day) shipping. If you need quicker shipping please let us know and we can change shipping options to include express (3-5 days) international. Whatever you need!
Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Every piece in our store is carefully handcrafted to the specific size and dyes indicated on the purchase order. Given the nature of our business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No refunds will be accepted.
If something should happen to one of our pieces an exchange can certainly be accepted on a case by case basis. Please, PLEASE contact us ASAP if you have any problems with one of our pieces.
If you are requesting a rush order* additional charges will apply. See rush order listing for details. If this listing is not available than rush processing is not offered at this time.
*rush order: any order requesting an earlier shipping date other than that indicated on the item purchased under "Ready to Ship in __ weeks."

Always measure. Don't guess! For example, if you're buying a bracelet, measure your actual wrist, not your favorite watch! If the piece you're looking to purchase requires more then wrist measurement than read the listing details! I always leave instructions to help you size yourself! And if all the else fails, message me :)
Custom and personalized orders
Ah, the frequent question that always starts with "can you make..." followed by photos. Chances are we can do it, IF...emphasis on the word "IF"...it's made with tooling leather. We receive A LOT of requests for costumes with garment leather or plastic as the primary material. At this time our preferred medium is tooling leather. So if you're looking for leather armor send us a message!
Gift wrapping and packaging
Every piece is shipped in discrete packaging. Packages are either postal service flat rate boxes or standard boxes wrapped in brown paper. Orders shipped out of the country that require item details will have simple descriptions. For example, if you've ordered leather restraints the description would say "leather bracelets."
Where did you buy that pattern?
We surprisingly get this question a lot. We've never purchased a pattern. Just like our designs, we make our own! Sorry, at this time our patterns are not for sale.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Upon order completion you will automatically recieve notification of shipment and tracking number via your Etsy account, Etsy mobile app, and email registered under your Etsy account.
When will my order be done?
Every design has its own processing time depending on the level of difficulty and current order volume. Processing times can be found for each listing under the Shipping and Policies tab under "Ready to Ship in______." For example: if you purchased a listing on July 1st with a processing time of 2-3 weeks the latest your order will ship would be July 22nd. You can view this ship date on your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews "Shipping Details." These processing times are VERY accurate and with the help of no sleep 99% of my orders are mailed on the final day.
Can I get my order quicker?
We often have customers send messages regarding deadlines to confirm if a piece can be done by a specific date prior to purchasing. In which case we are more than happy to inform them of our current status with orders and whether or not we can guarantee an earlier completion date. We would love to get orders out quicker, however, due to our consistent order volume it is pretty rare that we can commit to an earlier completion date.

Yep. We've received...every...single...one. We are a small two person business handling more orders than sanity will allow and if we stop working to answer every question no orders would get done! But, I bet, if you read the details on the item listing or Q & A section (I spent WAY too much time creating) you'll probably find your answer. If not, we answer all inquiries in bundles and if the answer is not on the listing we'll message you.
